Return Policy

 

RETURNS
 

Purchases made through this site seeking a return or refund must be requested within 14 days of purchase or shipment date and items must be received within 21 days of purchase or shipment date. Items received after 21 days or with the tags missing or removed cannot be returned. Items must also be returned in new and unworn condition. 

To request a return online:

1. Please contact us at info@bumpnclothing.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.

2. You will receive a return request confirmation email with a summary of your request, instructions for sending your return and a prepaid shipping label which you can use, if you choose, for a fee of $7.99. You may also choose to ship back your return at your own cost. Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided to complete your return.

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  •  Items sold at a discount or those marked FINAL SALE, are final sale and cannot be returned. (This includes items for which a discount code is used).
  • We recognize that returns are important to our clients. However, where we determine in our sole discretion that a client is returning an unreasonable number of purchases, we may restrict or refuse that client’s access to Bump’n.​

REFUNDS

You will receive an email once your return has been received. Please allow 48 hours for re-authentication and processing. Once completed, we will refund you for your purchase. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to five to seven business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers.
